产教融合视阈下医学院校生物工程专业多元协同育人模式创新与实践

摘要

在健康中国战略与新工科建设背景下,医学院校生物工程专业的人才培养面临新的挑战与机遇。传统教育模式存在与产业需求脱节、实践平台匮乏、学生创新能力不足等问题。本文基于产教融合理念,构建了医学院校生物工程专业“校内-校企-校政-校校”多元协同育人新模式。该模式通过重构“基础-临床-产业”知识体系、搭建“课程-项目-竞赛”三级实践平台、实施“双导师制”与“产业教授”制度、建立动态反馈与持续改进机制等路径进行实践。实践表明,该模式显著提升了学生的工程实践能力、创新精神与职业素养,增强了专业与产业的契合度。同时,实施过程中也遇到了企业参与深度不足、评价体系改革滞后等问题,需通过完善利益共享机制、深化评价改革等措施予以解决。该模式通过系统性重构“基础-临床-产业”三模块融合的知识体系,搭建了贯通“课程实验-项目设计-专业竞赛-企业实习”的四位一体实践教学链,并创新性地实施校企“双导师制”与选聘“产业教授”深度参与教学,同时建立了基于专业建设委员会与雇主反馈的动态改进机制。本研究为同类院校生物工程专业的改革与创新提供了可资借鉴的路径。

Abstract

Under the background of the Healthy China strategy and the construction of Emerging Engineering Education, the talent cultivation in bioengineering programs at medical universities faces new challenges and opportunities. Traditional education models suffer from disconnection with industry needs, lack of practical platforms, and insufficient cultivation of students’ innovative abilities. Based on the concept of industry-education integration, this paper constructs a new “University-Enterprise-Government-Inter-University” multi-collaborative education model for bioengineering in medical universities. This model is implemented through reconstructing the “Basic-Clinical-Industrial” knowledge system, building a three-level practical platform of “Course-Project-Competition”, implementing a “Dual-Tutor System” and “Industry Professor” program, and establishing a dynamic feedback and continuous improvement mechanism. Practice has shown that this model significantly enhances students’ engineering practical ability, innovative spirit, and professional quality, and strengthens the alignment between the program and the industry. Meanwhile, challenges such as insufficient depth of enterprise participation and lagging reform of evaluation systems were encountered during implementation, which need to be addressed by improving benefit-sharing mechanisms and deepening evaluation reforms. This study provides a referable path for the reform and innovation of bioengineering programs in similar institutions.
