蓝萼乙素药理作用及其分子机制研究进展

摘要

蓝萼乙素是从中草药香茶菜中分离出来的对映-贝壳杉烷型二萜。研究表明,蓝萼乙素不仅具有抗帕金森、防止神经元损伤、抗神经炎、抗类风湿关节炎等多种药理作用,还具有良好的抗肿瘤活性,尤其对宫颈癌、胃癌及乳腺癌具有明显的治疗效果。本文对近年来蓝萼乙素的药理作用及其分子机制的相关研究进展进行综述,为蓝萼乙素的开发和临床应用提供理论依据。

Abstract

Glaucocalyxin B is an enantio-kaurane diterpene isolated from the Chinese herbal medicine Camellia fragrans. Studies have shown that glaucocalyxin B not only has a variety of pharmacological effects such as anti-Parkinson's disease, prevention of neuronal damage, anti-neuritis, anti-rheumatoid arthritis, but also has good anti-tumor activity, especially for cervical cancer, gastric cancer and breast cancer. In this review, the pharmacological effects and molecular mechanisms of glaucocalyxin B were summarized in order to provide theoretical basis for the development and clinical application of glaucocalyxin B.
